Friendly staff were ready to help and always wore smiles, instructions were detailed and precise. Rooms were simple but comfortable with key card security on all doors. The location was quiet in a residential area yet close to excellent Tram, Bus, and U-bahn connections about 10 minutes from the city centre. Check-in and check-out were very easy, luggage storage was available before check-in time, heating worked well in winter, and breakfast had good variety.
